The problem
Organisations that share vehicles and drivers juggle trips across spreadsheets, phone calls and chat — which leads to double-bookings, missed maintenance and no clear record of who went where.
What it does
Teams request a trip with origin, destination, time and passenger count; the system suggests an available driver and vehicle and prevents conflicts. A unified calendar shows trips alongside leave, sick days and holidays, and reservations can be assigned automatically from the recommendations.
Maintenance, handled
Service history and vehicle documents live in one place, with expiry alerts at 30 and 7 days so registrations, insurance and services never quietly lapse.
Reporting & audit
Compliance metrics, demand analysis and driver-workload reports turn day-to-day operations into evidence — every action backed by a tamper-evident, hash-chained record.
Engineered for trust
Multi-tenant by design: each organisation's data is isolated by role-based access control, encrypted in transit and at rest, with SHA-256 hash-chained audit logs and hashed credentials. No GPS trackers, no hardware to install, no downloads — it runs in the browser and can be operational the same day.
